Here at Ingestre Hall we have a passion for creativity, and making a positive difference to the lives of young people is at the heart of everything we do. Below are the weekly blogs that we post for the groups that stay with us on residentials. We look for inspiration in our day to day lives and believe it is important to recognise and celebrate talent and creativity. As well as this we post about all things Ingestre as we hope to have a close and personable relationship with visitors both past and present.

Forty kids, a four century year old house and lots of arts and crafts. What could possibly go wrong? Well, thanks to the fabulous staff and facilities of Ingestre Hall, Stafford, absolutely nothing as the students of both St. John Plessington, Bebington, and St. Mary’s Catholic College, Wallasey – both schools being on Wirral, Merseyside – made full, creative use of the state-of-the-art facilities on offer for three days and two nights.
Another fantastic week full of talent and creativity. Windsor Park school have been visiting Ingestre for a number of years and each year they come they raise the bar for the next. The theme for the week was based on Charles Dicken's ‘A Christmas Carol’. Students produced astonishing work with Christmas wreaths in Visual Art, festive songs in Music, a unique spin on Scrooge's story in Dance and a classic production in Drama.
Ingestre Remembered

Following on from a project between Ingestre Arts and Windsor Park Middle School about World War I and its impact on the local area, a permanent
memorial has now been installed as a reminder of the project and was a perfect focus for the school’s Remembrance Assembly on Friday afternoon.
Produced by our Visual Arts tutor, Heather, the mosaic is nearly a metre and a half wide, and depicts the silhouette of Ingestre Hall and three
stylised poppies.
Hart School : October 22nd-26th

This week Ingestre was host to the very talented students from Hart School, Rugeley who had the theme of ‘Blues’ to focus on for their week-long stay with us. All the departments were excited to have such a great theme, so work started straight away planning and preparing for performances later on in the week.
